PRME “DACH” Regional Chapter Planning Event

Discussion at the PRME DACH Chapter MeetingA group of UN Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) member institutions, headed by Prof. Dr. Rudi Kurz from the University of Applied Sciences Pforzheim and Prof. Dr. Lutz E. Schlange from the University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur has begun to establish a regional PRME chapter for the German language area. The title of the forthcoming chapter “DACH” represents the country codes of Germany (D), Austria (A) and Switzerland (CH).

A group of 16 academics from leading German, Austrian, and Swiss PRME member institutions met in Pforzheim on January 29th to exchange experiences in the PRME initiative and to plan the foundation, and future activities of the regional chapter. Oliver Laasch, founder of the Center for Responsible Management Education (CRME) was invited to present on his experience in the Latin American regional chapter, to introduce the social media platform PRMEnet, and to talk about publishing opportunities in the Principles of Responsible Management Education Book Collection.
