Goodbye 2013: What kept us busy…

At CRME, 2013 was a busy year for the advancement of responsible management education. We will briefly recap:

The focus of CRME in 2013 was mainly on publications, whith the goal to create a toolbox of support materials for both responsible management practice and responsible management education. In 2013, CRME published two textbooks, seven new books in the UN PRME book collection with Business Expert Press, and we co-edited the second guide for the implementation of PRME.

We also started to build educational partnerships to promote responsible management education, most prominently with  Mzumbe University in Tanzania, Poznan University College of Business in Poland, and the Global Ethics Institute in Tübingen, Germany. Crucial for strengthening the global responsible management education networks were the United Nations PRME Annual Assembly, where CRME staff was involved as roundable discussant, and the first foundation meeting of the PRME DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) chapter, where we were asked to report about the experience with the  regional chapter in Latin America.
